Responsibilities:
•        Participating online products testing initiatives.
•         Analyse user requirements, understand the business workflow, features and functionalities.
•         Help to define test plan and test strategy.
•         Design, review and update test cases according to user requirements and development design documents.
•         Executing test cases to find defects and analyse the test results.
•         Reporting the defects and cooperate with developers to identify and describe the defects.
•         Prepare relevant tests report to track test case execution, defects, measuring the test result and product quality.
•         Implementing automation test.
•         Finish test relevant documenting.
•         Help to refine the testing technologies from quality control perspective.

Requirements:
•         3~4 years college degree in Computer Science or equivalent with related experience.
•         3+ years experience as Testing Engineer in the organization.
•         Hands-on and passionate about testing.
•         Understanding the professional way to do software testing.
•         2+ year automation test experience, good automation test implementation skills by using QTP, other tools or programming languages.
•         Be very familiar with VBScripts if you have the experience with QTP.
•         Desire for continuous learning on testing technologies.
•         Logical and analytical approach to do trouble shooting.
•         Must be results oriented and have strong sense of accountability.
•         Self motivated.
•         Good communication skills.
•         Good team work spirit.
•         Good reading and written in English.
•         Good documenting skills with Word and Excel.

High Desirable
•        Help to refine the automation test framework.
•        Performance testing experience, be familiar with tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
•       Developer background. Programming experience with: Java, C#, Python or Ruby.
•       Good understanding on XML and XLST.
•       Experience of work with global teams.
•       Good verbal and listening in English.
